Victoire Cogevina Reynal

CO-CEO

As Co-CEO, Victoire leads all commercial, league relations, and player advocacy activities and gender equity for women in football.

Victoire is a well-known football entrepreneur and activist for gender equality in football. Recognized as a prominent thought leader and speaker in the women’s football movement, Victoire has used her platform to promote the inclusion of women at all stages in the game.

Previously in her career, she co-founded the first female-managed agency representing Latin American players in MLS, recognized by FIFA in 2018. She then co-founded Gloria, a tech startup with an online football community of over 500k fans backed by Alexis Ohanian (founder of 776 and lead investor in Angel City FC) and other renowned Silicon Valley VC funds. OneFootball acquired Gloria in late 2022. Victoire joined OneFootball as its first VP of Women’s Football and became the first woman and youngest board member.

Her leadership and influence have led her to her roles at the United Nations and serve on the board of the non-profit organizations WiST and Common Goal.

Mario Malavé

CO-CEO

As co-CEO, Mario leads all investments and business activities and oversees the company’s football operations.

Building off a career in investment banking and venture capital, where he helped manage $800M in venture capital funds and helped execute 40+ early-stage investments, Mario combines his passion for sports, business, and entrepreneurship and oversees Mercury/13’s investment activities.

While pursuing his MBA, Mario organized the school’s first-ever European football trek and also worked at Los Angeles Football Club, where he supported the club’s general manager, coaches, and data and analytics teams during a record-breaking season. After graduating, Mario co-founded Wagr, a venture-backed sports betting startup that raised over $16M from world-class investors, including Seven Seven Six, led by Reddit co-founder and Angel City lead investor Alexis Ohanian, Greycroft, Pear Ventures, BITKRAFT Ventures, the Kraft Group, Harris Blitzer Ventures, among others. Wagr was acquired by Yahoo Sports in 2023, and Mario became the V.P. of Sports Betting at Yahoo Sports and one of the youngest V.P.s in the company.

Mario has a B.A. from New York University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30.

Andy Gowland

A former professional football club Director, adviser to multiple professional male and female footballers and a football operations specialist with multi-club ownership experience through Right to Dream and its portfolio of independent academies and football clubs. Over 16 years of corporate development experience with brands that include Amazon, Accenture, Best Buy and J Sainsbury’s.

Alejandra Depalma

Communication executive with 25+ years of experience with entrepreneurs globally. A specialist in editing, distribution, and sales of traditional media and the transition from print to digital media. Representative of Editorial Perfil in the USA, Board Member of Vital Voices Miami and the Miami Symphony Orchestra. Former Head of Comms for women’s football at One Football and Chief of Comms at Miami Sharks Rugby.

Arianna Criscione

Former professional footballer: Paris Saint Germain (D1 Arkema Champion, UWCL), Saint-Etienne, FC Twente, Italian National Team (FIGC). The first woman to receive FIFA. Diploma in Club Management. Harvard Business School Crossover into Business (’21), Masters Degree in Football Business (FBA).

Nancy Hensley

INNOVATION

Former tech executive with 20+ years of leadership experience in data and AI product innovation, marketing, digital transformation, and growth in big tech and private equity. Expertise in sports data, fan engagement, and team performance solutions. Former Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Stats Perform and Chief Digital Officer at IBM. Advisor to WIST (Women in SportsTech).

Eniola Aluko MBE

Former professional player for Chelsea, Juventus, and England women’s national team with a professional career on the pitch spanning 12 years, including several championships, Golden Boot, and Olympics. Eni retired from her playing career in 2019 and has developed a career as a football executive with founding Sporting Director roles at Aston Villa and Angel City FC. Eni is an established international football broadcaster across men’s and women’s football in the UK and Internationally.

Michael Broughton

Founder & Partner at Sports Investment Partners – Europe’s first sports-focused investment vehicle. He is also an advisor to Apex Capital and Krause House Capital. Michael has over 20 years of experience working globally in sports and technology, with unmatched market savvy in football. He was also previously the Senior Business Technology and Investment Advisor at FIFA.

Ebru Koksal

Football and finance forerunner with significant experience in M&A, private equity and investment management, former CEO and Board Member of Turkish football club Galatasaray, first woman to be elected to the European Club Association Executive Board, and is currently senior advisor at J Stern & Co,INED at the Professional Footballer’s Association and A-Leagues as well as Chair of Women in Football.

Brigit Lee

A tech executive with Sony PlayStation and formerly at Amazon and Best Buy. Brigit has over two decades of experience working with start-ups and large companies to forge global strategic partnerships and build new, innovative business models.

Luis Vicente

Sports executive with over 30 years of driving innovation, commercial growth, and brand engagement, including former group CEO of Eleven Sports and Chief Digital, Transformation, and Innovation at FIFA, and leadership roles at multiple football clubs. Currently the Chairman of APEX, a European athlete-led investment platform.
